All our services are provided from a data center in Madrid (Spain). In spite of the top cost that this supposes also it redounds to a major quality of the service that we provide, apart from expiring definitely with the whole regulation regarding safety of information (Organic Law of Protection of Information), accesses, safety, etc.
Our Servants
We have in property of the most advanced servants, formed according to our specifications and monitored by several independent systems to guarantee the continuity of the service. On having had physical access to the servants, we can solve any anomaly in minor time and of form surer than if, for example, they were located in a data center of another country.
All the servants have a disc configuration in Raid-1. This system assures the information in such a way that, although one of two discs should fail, other remains operative providing the necessary service. This allows to minimize the risk of loss of information and guarantees the continuity of the service.
Also they have a service of safety copies that allows us to recover the content of the same one inside a few minimal time intervals, assuring a redundancy in the safety of his information.
Also they have cards of network of 1000Mbps, which together with switchs of last generation, they allow the access to Internet to maximum speed. Our connection average to intenet in ping belongs to some 25-30ms, across approximately 5-6 jumps. (Measurements provided across a sampling with ADSL).
Our Firewalls protect the servants of not authorized external accesses, hackers, etc. Also we are provided with hardware that block automatically the irregular accesses to pages or servants, adding an extra one to his safety. Also we are provided with utilities to detect receptions or spam mailing from or towards our servants.
In short, his web accommodation does not consist only of a machine connected to intenet but of the whole framework of accident control measures directed to protect his information, as well as the service. To offer the maximum quality of the service is our maximum priority.
The data center
The data center is provided with the last technology, capable of guaranteeing the safety of our servants and of assuring that his web accommodation should be free 365 days of the year. At present we work with the data center Terremark.
The NAP of the Americas Madrid (Terremark) is a center exchange of traffic and interconnection of last technology that incorporates the systems most advanced in detection and extinction of fires, uninterrupted electrical feeding, safety, etc.
The plant occupied by NAP of the Americas Madrid has more than 2.400 square meters of useful surface.
The redundant units of big volume of air of air conditioning support the center to 22 degrees centigrade and to 55 % of relative moisture.
The NAP of the Americas Madrid is provided with an advanced system of detection and extinction of fires.
Redundant systems of uninterrupted feeding and generating groups assure the continuity of the electrical supply in all the circumstances. The building is provided with 3 groups of electrical generators with a capacity of 3,2 Gigawatios (3.200 KW), a 15.000 volts tension and an autonomy from 24 until 48 hours according to the load. The NAP of the Americas Madrid is provided with its own units of uninterrupted electrical feeding, Piller Uniblock of 420 Kw with systems of vertical "flywheel".
The building is provided with safety personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A finished team of safety looks over the integrity of the facilities and over the safety of his personnel and content. The team of safety includes patrols, systems of cameras of Tv for closed circuit and access control for card in all the doors.
